The Luminary Mind, Peaceful Heart program will help you to look at your past as positive, life-enhancing events. Negatives become positives, destructive emotions become constructive passions, and guilt becomes self-acceptance and self-love.

 

You will see how your past affects your present, taking into account the emotional impact past events cause. You will then mindfully reconstruct that past into a launching pad for your future.

 

You will learn how your perceptions pass through filters formed by parental influences, peer relationships, economic levels, educational development, environment and society, religion, and culture.

 

You will learn how your thoughts affect your body, mind, spirit, and environment, and how it can help make you healthy as well as make you ill.

 

You are taken through phases of acknowledgement, recognition, growth, and healing in nine weekly, sequential stages, with a tenth recap session for self-evaluation and grounding, and as a springboard for a new life.
